    Graduated Port Sulphur High School in 1981 and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps that same year.

  • 31 Years at Chevron

    Hired in 1985, retired in 2016. Roustabout to Health and Safety Coordinator and certified port security officer.

  • Two Terms on the Council

    Served the people of Plaquemines Parish on the Parish Council from 2007 to 2014, through hurricane recovery and the BP spill.

  • Pastor and Missionary

    Pastor of Port Sulphur Baptist Church. Mission work in Kenya and China, with partnerships built across Africa, Asia and Europe.

    Recovery That Reaches Every Family

    I helped families put their lives back together after Hurricane Katrina and the storms that followed, and again after the BP spill. I know what it takes to get a family from a claim number to a roof over their heads.

    Safety, Standards and Straight Books

    Thirty-one years at Chevron taught me that safety and accountability are not paperwork — they are how you get everybody home. I served as Quality Improvement Coordinator, Health and Safety Coordinator and a certified port security officer.
